The Position TheGlobal Project Manager acts as the operational backbone of the Life Cycle, ensuring strategic traceability, transparency, and seamless team enablement. While leadership owns strategic decisions and empowered product teams own delivery, the POL ensures that strategy translates cleanly into execution through dependency visibility and operational intelligence.
