**Job Overview** **Senior Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager** **Zairus Consulting** **Location:** The Woodlands / North Houston, TX **Work Arrangement:** Hybrid **Employment Type:** Full\-Time **Compensation:** 75,000–80,000 annually, depending on experience **About the Role** Zairus Consulting is seeking a highly organized and proactive **Senior Project Coordinator / Junior Project Manager** to support AI, IT, cloud, infrastructure, data center, and other technology projects. This is a hands\-on role for an experienced Project Coordinator or Junior PM who can keep projects organized, schedules current, stakeholders informed, and action items moving. You will work closely with Project Managers, technical teams, clients, and leadership while gaining opportunities to take on greater project\-management responsibility. **Key Responsibilities** * Build and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project and other PM tools. * Track milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, action items, scope, budget, and deadlines. * Prepare weekly project status reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and presentations. * Maintain RAID logs, project trackers, decision logs...
