Good Shepherd Fence is looking for an organized, detail\-oriented Assistant Project Manager to help prepare residential fence projects for installation. This position reports directly to the Project Manager and combines office coordination with occasional residential site visits and fence layouts. You will help ensure every sold job is accounted for, project information is accurate, utility locates are coordinated, and required approvals are documented before installation. **Strong experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and ChatGPT is highly valued. Fence experience is recommended but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.** **Responsibilities** * Track projects from the sold board through scheduling, ensuring every job has a clear status and next step. * Compare signed quotes, layouts, measurements, material lists, gate details, and job notes for accuracy and consistency. * Follow up with sales, homeowners, and the Project Manager to resolve missing or conflicting information. * Perform occasional residential fence layouts after training, verify measurements and gate locations, and document access and site conditions. * Call in or submit utility locate ...
