Amada Senior Care Twin Cities is looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to provide clinical support across our Twin Cities service area. This part\-time role averages approximately 20 hours per week and offers flexibility in how those hours are scheduled. This may be an especially good fit for an experienced or retired nurse who wants to remain professionally engaged, use their clinical expertise, and make a meaningful difference while still having flexibility outside of work. **What You'll Do** * Complete initial and ongoing Minnesota Home Care assessments, reassessments, and supervisory visits * Monitor changes in client condition and communicate recommendations to the care team * Develop and update clinical portions of client care plans * Support delegated nursing tasks and caregiver competency validation * Provide client\-specific caregiver education and clinical guidance * Participate in a weekly interdisciplinary team meeting to review client needs, care concerns, and coordination of se...
