**JOB DESCRIPTION** **Role Overview** This important role is responsible for delivering growth of the U.S. product / fund offering within J.P. Morgan Asset Management's Private Markets business. You will help drive the U.S. business strategy across investment engines, product design, distribution channels, tax\-aware and regulatory structuring, and strategic partnerships. You will work on commercial, technical, legal, and regulatory topics to bring new capabilities to market and support the continued expansion of Private Markets offerings in the U.S. with a focus on Private Wealth Alternatives (PWA) delivery. This role sits at the center of a growing business and requires pro\-active creativity, deep technical knowledge, and the ability to drive execution in a collaborative manner across multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups. You will report to the Private Markets Head of Product and work closely with the Product Strategy and Development team.
