**About this role:** This role is a leadership position within End User Services, responsible for leading Trader Desktop and Voice Support across the Central and Western U.S. trading floors, supporting Commodities, Equities, Fixed Income, and Advisor trading businesses. The role provides oversight of operational performance, risk management, incident resolution, and service delivery for critical desktop, voice, and collaboration technologies. Responsibilities include team leadership, onboarding, performance management, workforce planning, and building strong partnerships with Lines of Business.
