**Job Description** We are seeking an experienced and highly organized **Construction Project Manager** to oversee the renovation of a nursing home / skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, particularly renovations of healthcare facilities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, or other occupied commercial buildings. This position requires a hands\-on professional capable of managing daily construction operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, controlling costs, and ensuring that all work is completed according to approved plans, specifications, building codes, and quality standards.
