We are seeking an experienced Senior Tekla Detailer to join our team and lead 3D modeling, structural steel detailing, and drawing production for fabrication and field erection. This role requires advanced proficiency in Tekla Structures, strong technical leadership, and direct experience working in a structural steel fabrication environment. You will ensure that our models and drawings are accurate, constructible, and ready for production while coordinating closely with our engineering, fabrication, project management, and erection teams. You will also provide technical guidance to junior detailers and support the continuous improvement of our detailing standards and workflows. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead 3D structural steel modeling and detailing from initial design coordination through fabrication and on\-site erection. * Produce shop drawings, erection layouts, material lists, and fabrication packages in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. * Translate engineering plans, architectural drawings, and technical specifications into accurate, fabrication\-ready steel models. * Identify design conflicts, incomplete information, dimensional discrepanc...
