**Qualifications** **Job Summary** BCF Management is seeking a skilled Corporate Controller to lead our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our accounting practices. This pivotal role involves overseeing all aspects of financial management and internal controls. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to managing financials for multiple business entities while fostering a culture of accuracy and transparency. **Duties \& Responsibilities** * Ensure compliance with financial and accounting regulations * Preparation of accurate individual and consolidated financial statements including balance sheets and income statements in compliance with GAAP * Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance * Review journal entries and accruals for accuracy * Review transaction coding and financial statements for accuracy, legal compliance and alignment to budgeted expense coding * Manage the month\-end and year\-end close process ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting * Present financial statements to general managers and shareholders * Preparation of tax returns for multiple entities * Design, implement and maintain internal cont...
