Role Overview Our client, a US distributor of professional AV and audio products, is seeking an **Operations Manager** to take responsibility for warehouse, facilities, inventory and logistics operations across its US locations. The role covers operations in **Lititz, Pennsylvania; Farmingdale, New York; Chatsworth, California; and an office in Nashville, Tennessee**. This is a hands\-on operational leadership position with a strong focus on improving processes, establishing greater consistency and structure across multiple locations, and developing more effective digital operational systems. Travel between locations will be required and could be **up to approximately 50% initially**.
