**Job Description:** ==================== **Pay: $19\.00/Hour** Under the direction of the Member Services Director, the Membership Services Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing administrative support for assigned Clubhouse and school site locations. This position is responsible for membership enrollment, attendance tracking, member management system data entry and maintenance, financial transactions, scholarship processing, and front desk operations while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and Member Services procedures. Membership Services Specialists are members of the centralized Member Services Department and may be assigned to support one or multiple Clubhouse locations based on organizational needs.
