**Role \& Responsibilities:** Plans and implements individualized physical therapy treatment programs for patients across all ages, from neonatal to geriatric. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure comprehensive patient care. **Qualifications \& Skills:** * High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required. * Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required; previous standards accepted for candidates prior to 2015\. * Preferred: At least one year of clinical experience. * Certification/Licensure: + Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 90 days of start date. + Licensed Physical Therapist from the relevant state licensing board. + Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification preferred. **Key Skills \& Duties:** Excellent collaboration skills, adherence to accepted physical therapy practices, and ability to develop effective treatment plans. Must possess strong communication skills and a commitment to patient\-centered care.
