**Overview** Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Board Tooling Supervisor, where you'll lead the development, maintenance, and optimization of tooling for our board production processes. **Job Requirements:** Education: · HS Diploma · Some secondary technical or maintenance training preferred Experience: · 2\+ years in a manufacturing setting SKILLS: · Quick learner with ability to manage multiple activities. · Be able to communicate, delegate and direct tasks and activities to direct report personnel · Ability to communicate and interact with other departments both within and outside the Portland facility · Able to manage data, maintain component inventories, track tooling and communicate project statuses. **Responsibilities:** · Manage a department of approximately 6 employees · Responsible for coordinating board building activities and ensure project timelines are achieved, tracking all associated activities · Inventory tracking and ordering of necessary materials in order to perform board building activities. · Manage and ensure compliance to board maintenance activities · Interact with external CME group to coordinate holder and material procurement · Ordering Mylars from...
