Working Hours/Days: 8\-5 Monday \- Friday. Some weekend and evenings depending on customer needs. Overview: The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for selling Caterpillar Compact Equipment and related solutions from an assigned Altorfer branch location. The BDR develops relationships with contractors, landscapers, municipalities, agricultural customers, and other equipment users while identifying opportunities to grow machine, attachment, rental, parts, service, and financing sales. This role serves as a local equipment specialist and is responsible for generating revenue through customer walk\-ins, inbound inquiries, digital leads, branch activity, prospecting, and customer relationship development. The BDR maintains a consistent presence within the local market and works closely with Machine Sales Representatives, Rental, Parts, Service, and Marketing teams to deliver a best\-in\-class customer experience.
