Qualifications * Must be enthusiastic people person. * Self\-starter and able to drive sales growth * Fast Paced environment * Valid Driver’s license and vehicle Responsibilities: * You will work individually supervised by highly driven outgoing team members * Door to door will consist of traveling alone or with a team member to designated communities, nursing homes, skilled nursing and senior homes. * You will generate leads, make sales calls and meet sales targets * You will visit 6\-10 skilled nursing facilities, rehab centers, etc a day * You will source and be responsible for resident move ins into our senior communities minimum of 8 a month, no cap and earn commissions per move in * You will network with social workers, administrators and build relationships in your territory * You will spend 90% of your time on the field marketing, coordinating move ins and building a network of relationships in your assigned territory * Building and maintain company CRM database * Administer day to day operations of the sales room at the community Benefits: * Amazing base...
