The E.W. Scripps Company is seeking a Senior Producer, Social Media responsible for producing video, graphics, editing, ideating and written content for use on all social media channels. **WHAT YOU'LL DO:** * Create original video and graphic content for all platforms that aligns with the network's brand. * Monitor broadcasts and identify content for social platforms * Collaborate with On\-Air and Creative Services teams on the development of social\-specific content * Work with social and digital teams to develop and refine workflow and posting strategy * Capture b\-roll, interviews and other content at live sporting events, media days, and on set * Mentor a team of social media producers * May oversee some day\-to\-day operations of the social media producer team, including task delegation, scheduling, and workload management * Coordinate social media content requests from Social Media Managers, ensuring alignment with the overall brand strategy and creative objectives * Stay informed about emerging social media platforms, tools, and trends, exploring opportunities for expansion and experimentation.
