This includes but is not limited to the oversight and management of the roving maintenance team associated with that portfolio, general administration of properties, leasing of the apartments, weekly reporting, fiscal oversight including income maximization and expense control, physical maintenance of properties, and operation of the properties to meet the clients' objectives as established by Sunrise Management Company. **Salary Pay Range:** $85K \- $95K DOE * **Active California Real Estate License in good standing.** * **Valid Driver's License in good standing.** **Essential Duties and Responsibilities \- Include the following but not limited to:** **LEADERSHIP** * Communicate with sup...
