**Operations Coordinator III** ============================== itD is seeking an **Operations Coordinator III** to own day\-to\-day operational execution for a collaborative audio research team supporting Reality Labs' virtual and augmented reality technologies. The ideal candidate will bring **5\+ years of hands\-on operations experience**, strong written and interpersonal communication skills, and a track record of improving processes, coordinating logistics, and supporting cross\-functional teams in fast\-paced environments. **Location:** Fully onsite in **Redmond, WA, 5 days/week**, with morning availability required. This is an individual contributor role with hands\-on operational and logistical responsibilities. **Contract Duration:** Approximately 6 months, with potential for extension **Pay Rate:** Up to **$28\.08 per hour**, depending on experience.
