The Plant Company (TPC) is looking for an analytical, hands\-on leader to manage our Inventory Replenishment Analysts and improve how we plan and order inventory for The Home Depot. You’ll work directly with large amounts of store\- and SKU\-level data, identify opportunities and problems, and lead the team responsible for writing replenishment orders. Under our Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Pay\-by\-Scan (PBS)programs, TPC carries the inventory risk. Your team’s decisions about what to order, how much, and when directly affect sales, waste, and profitability. **What You’ll Do** * Analyze Home Depot sales and inventory data and lead accurate, timely replenishment orders by store and SKU. * Coach and develop analysts, set priorities, review ordering decisions, and work alongside the team to solve complex problems. * Maintain a rolling 3–4\-week forecast, continually comparing production and product availability with customer demand. * Build base\-, best\-, and worst\-case plans for promotions, seasonal programs, and special events. * Connect Home Depot Sales, Operations, and Transportation to align orders, availability, and deliveries.
