**Job description:** Overview We are seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead a team of BIM Coordinators and support our Low Voltage Construction team. In this role, you will develop high\-quality, data\-enriched models for both new construction and renovation projects. You will focus on low voltage systems—including structured cabling, low voltage pathway systems, and communications room elevations—ensuring accurate coordination and constructability across project teams. Responsibilities * Develop and maintain detailed 3D models using **Revit**, **Navisworks**, and **BlueBeam**. * Model and coordinate low voltage systems (including structured cabling) per contract documents, **BICSI**, and **NEC**standards. * Work under the direction of the Project Manager and Project Supervisor to support project milestones. * Perform clash detection in Navisworks and coordinate resolutions across multiple trades. * Follow the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and all established project workflows. * Assist in improving BIM standards, templates, and modeling practices. * Participate in on\-site job walks and field visits to verify constructability and confirm that BIM models reflect actual site conditio...
