**About this Opportunity** Autistry Studios is seeking an experienced Controller for this newly created position. Our rapid growth has created greater financial complexity and the unique opportunity for the right individual to take the organization to the next level. This is a key role responsible for ensuring financial accuracy, strong internal controls, timely reporting, and sound financial practices across the organization. The ideal candidate combines strong technical accounting skills with sound judgement and possesses the expertise to build systems, manage financial risk and act as a financial advisor to Autistry Leadership and the Board of Directors. **About Us** Autistry Studios is a nonprofit organization founded in 2008 dedicated to helping autistic/neurodiverse teens and young adults become independent, empowered individuals. Our mission is to support students in building academic, vocational and life skills that lead to meaningful participation in the community. We currently serve over 40 students with a staff of 35 employees and maintain three facilities.
