Description: Department: Nursing Reports To: Director of Nursing, Administrator **Position Summary** The RN Unit Manager is responsible for providing and overseeing the delivery of high\-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with physician orders, individualized care plans, facility policies, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Unit Manager provides clinical leadership and supervision for licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, medication aides, and other nursing personnel while promoting resident\-centered care, regulatory compliance, quality outcomes, and interdisciplinary collaboration. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities** * Provide nursing care to residents as prescribed by the attending physician and in accordance with established facility policies, accepted standards of nursing practice, and applicable federal, state, and local regulations. * Lead, direct, supervise, and support licensed nurses, certified nursing assistants, medication aides, and other professional and non\-professional staff in the delivery of resident care. * Conduct resident rounds at least twice daily to assess resident condition, identify clinical concerns,...
