**OVERVIEW**Releady is partnering with a leading health plan's information security and controls assurance team on a Senior, IAM Governance Analyst position. The team is responsible for access request reviews and segregation\-of\-duties oversight across the organization's identity and access management environment, and does not own the underlying identity technology itself — a separate platform engineering group is responsible for the directory, provisioning, and identity platform infrastructure. This governance team currently manages the organization's full volume of access request activity. The immediate need is being driven by a seasonal increase in access\-related volume tied to open enrollment, though the work itself continues year\-round. **NOTE: Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
