Panhandle Oilfield Service Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced **Human Resources Generalist** who enjoys recruiting, onboarding and working directly with employees and managers. This position will serve as the primary day\-to\-day HR resource for our operations across multiple locations and states. A significant focus of this role will be full\-cycle recruiting and onboarding, including partnering with managers to identify staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, completing pre\-employment requirements and ensuring new employees have a smooth onboarding experience.
