ACRC/Arizona Clinical Research Center is looking for a Clinical Research Manager to join our team. The successful applicant will have 2 years experience working in a clinic and/or clinical trials or other research environment. The occupant of this position will be responsible for overseeing clinical research studies by effectively planning, organizing, including delegating, when appropriate, all study related activities. * Supervises Clinical Research Coordinators * Provides leadership in the planning and organizing of clinical research studies * Forecasts fiscal needs and revenue sources in concert with overall company goals * Organizes all study start\-up activities in collaboration with the Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) responsible for the study * Determines staffing requirements to achieve maximum efficiency and cost\-effectiveness * Training staff in organization procedures and compliance with industry standards * Clearly communicates both orally and in written format to all staff, investigators, and the officers of the corporation * Evaluates new protocols for feasibility by assessing the availability of resources including required staff and patients and determining po...
