SUMMARY: This position is primarily responsible for managing the monthly grant billings for Allies in Hope. Including but not limited to preparing monthly grant billings, monitoring budgets for each grant, and monitoring and processing billings from partner agencies and vendors by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Duties: 1\. Monitor expenditures and revenues of all federal grant programs. 2\. Conduct and maintain detailed analysis of various grant awards and funds received by the local government. 3\. Provide support and assistance with financial audits and examinations. 4\. Prepare and compile information for budgets, legislative hearings, and reporting purposes. 5\. Ensure that reimbursements are received and reported timely. 6\. Coordinates financial and grants management activities; serves as liaison with department managers for efficient management of grant programs. 7\.
