Wharton\-Smith, Inc., a highly regarded General Contractor throughout the Southeast, is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Preconstruction Specialist. We are currently seeking someone who is willing to work in our corporate office in Sanford, FL. **GENERAL DESCRIPTION:** Supports the daily operations of the Preconstruction team through coordination and communication with Preconstruction management, estimators, subcontractors, and internal departments. The Preconstruction Specialist provides administrative and project support for bidding, subcontractor outreach, bid documentation, GMP bidding activities, and other preconstruction support functions.
