**What You'll Do** **Engineer Solutions** * Develop automation and controls solutions for industrial and manufacturing customers. * Support PLC, HMI, SCADA, instrumentation, and control system projects. * Interpret drawings, specifications, one\-line diagrams, and control schematics. * Assist with controls design documentation and system architecture development. **Solve Problems** * Troubleshoot automation, controls, instrumentation, and electrical systems. * Participate in commissioning, startup, and customer acceptance activities. * Work hands\-on with field teams to overcome technical challenges. * Help customers improve reliability, productivity, and operational performance. **Support Estimating \& Preconstruction** * Assist with preparing project estimates and budgets. * Develop material takeoffs and labor estimates. * Review plans and specifications to identify project risks and opportunities. * Participate in design\-build and negotiated project pursuits. **No estimating experience is required.** We'll teach you the estimating side of the business if you're willing to learn. **Execute Projects** * Collaborate with Project Managers, field personnel, customers, and suppliers....
