***Career Pathways Coordinator 2026/2027*** **Location:** **Burlington High School** **Position: Career Pathways Coordinators** Assist with Burlington High School’s Innovation Career Pathway (ICP) program in business. The ICP program offers opportunities for students to explore careers, learn career readiness skills, and gain work\-related learning experiences in high demand career fields like finance and technology. This role will arrange for seniors in the business pathway to complete an internship or capstone project, build business partnerships, run quarterly workshops for students, meet with students individually, and recruit freshman students to join the pathway for the next school year. This role is grant funded for one\-year. Hours are flexible. Work should be completed at the school unless attending meetings with local businesses.
