**Description** The Contract Specialist is responsible for negotiating downstream contracts in adherence with company and client requirements. This position sits within the legal department, and this individual will work closely with the legal, insurance, procurement, and construction teams. * Collaborate with project teams to lead negotiations of the legal articles within the following agreements: Subcontracts, Purchase Orders (engineered equipment and commodities), Engineering Services, Geotech Services, Non\-Disclosure Agreements, Event Contracts, Corporate Purchases, and others. * Ensure contract language complies with legal requirements and company policies. * Address and resolve contract\-related issues, disputes, and questions. * Collaborate with project teams to review and incorporate project specific flow downs into Burns \& McDonnell’s corporate templates. * Ensure that negotiated terms and conditions comply with company policies and risk profile.
