Performs leadership, mentorship, direction, and oversight activities to the research program and team(s) incorporating mission focused principles of ethics, integrity, collaboration and implementation. May perform duties inclusive of those delegated to a Research Nurse Coordinator II. **Job Description** =================== **Primary Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Works under the Principal Investigator’s (PI) guidance to meet the research objectives of the project(s). May act as the primary liaison to the PI in developing Investigator Initiated research projects including protocol development, preparation of amendments, development of required CRFs, study forms, and databases.
