**Become a part of our team!** ------------------------------ The Project Controller, acting with transparency, prudency, reliability and traceability, is the primary person responsible for the planning, monitoring and controlling the performance of Projects including but not limited to ensuring that the project is completed within the time schedule, budget and the terms of the Contract. The Project Controller will report to the CFO, will have the responsibility of anticipating, identifying and promptly reporting any variances from the plan in terms of time, costs or terms and is expected to come up with the corrective actions to safeguard TAKRAF from the related impact of such variances. In addition, the Project Controller is expected to review the progress with a professional and independent view on the financial status and the long term outlook of the project, especially identifying risks well in advance so that the company can implement actions to neutralize or at least mitigate them. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:** * To develop and maintain accurate Project Budgets and Cash Flow Plans in line with the contract and in close coordination with the...
