**DESCRIPTION** --------------- Join Amazon's Builder Experience Team (BeXT) as a Data Center HR Partner and make every day better for the Builders who power AWS. This is a 100% on\-site role where you'll be embedded in the Data Centers you support, serving as the voice of Builders and the strategic HR partner to site leadership. You'll work across a cluster of Data Centers, visiting sites daily to ensure every Builder feels valued, engaged, and supported. What we are looking for: * Adaptability. Manage multiple scenarios utilizing HR expertise, consulting skills, and influence. * High Judgement. Exercise sound judgment in ambiguous situations. Serve as first point of escalation for Builder concerns. * Strategic Thinking. Connect sentiment trends and HR data to bigger picture operational goals and translate them into clear recommendations that drive leadership action. * Influencing. Influence multiple levels of the organization, from builders to senior site leaders, without direct authority. * Coaching.
