NOW HIRING – PROJECT MANAGER Waccamaw Excavating \& Grading, LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in site work and excavation. We are looking for someone who can confidently manage and coordinate multiple job sites at the same time, keep projects moving efficiently, and communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and employees. Ideal candidate should have experience with: Site work, excavation, grading, and/or land development Coordinating multiple active job sites Scheduling employees, equipment, and materials Communicating with customers, general contractors, inspectors, and field employees Reading plans and understanding job requirements Monitoring job progress and helping keep projects on schedule Problem\-solving and making decisions in the field Maintaining a professional and organized work environment We need someone who understands the day\-to\-day operations of site work, is comfortable taking responsibility, and can serve as the main point of communication between the office, field crews, and customers.
