**Location:** Columbus, Ohio (hybrid role) **In\-office:** 3 days in the office/2 days remote– collaborate, connect, and make an impact **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual SEC filings, including Form 10\-Q, Form 10\-K, Proxy Statement, supporting schedules, financial statements, disclosures, and related documentation. * Serve as a liaison with external auditors during quarterly reviews and annual audits. Coordinate information requests, evaluate and provide supporting schedules, and facilitate an efficient review and audit process. * Support compliance with SEC regulations and U.S. GAAP by monitoring emerging accounting standards, SEC guidance, and disclosure requirements. Perform technical accounting research and assist with implementation of new reporting requirements. * Prepare and maintain internal control documentation and support Sarbanes\-Oxley compliance activities. * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting packages for branch operations, regional leadership, executive management, and other internal stakeholders.
