Boeing Defense, Space \& Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an **Lead Structural Analysis Engineer** to join our team in **Mesa, AZ.** As a Lead Structural Analysis Engineer, you will lead and mentor a team of Structural Analysis Engineers that will perform strength analyses of metallic and composite structural components, support nonconformance dispositions, and document analysis results. The successful candidate has advanced knowledge in classical and finite element analysis methodologies and will work within an Integrated Product Team (IPT). You must be able to communicate effectively with internal/external stakeholders and program leaders.
