**SUMMARY:** Under general direction of the Facilities Administrator, the Maintenance Manager manages the day\-to\-day maintenance operation for all Agency\-owned and leased facilities; plans, assigns, schedules, and reviews the work of the maintenance workforce; administers the preventive and corrective maintenance and work order program; manages maintenance materials, tools, equipment, and assigned vehicles; performs skilled and semi\-skilled trades work as required; and ensures that all work is performed safely, to trade standards, and in compliance with applicable codes, licensing requirements, and Agency policy.
