Description

The **Vice President of Business Development** will assist with the company's business development efforts, including third\-party hotel management, hospitality investments (equity, key money, loans, etc.), and potentially strategic partnerships and acquisitions. This individual will work closely with the analytics team and other departments to prepare hotel pro formas and present underwriting analyses to Dimension's capital partners. In addition to supporting existing capital relationships, the successful candidate will cultivate new equity partner relationships and identify opportunities that support the company's growth objectives. The ideal candidate will be an outgoing and highly collaborative professional who thrives in a fast\-paced environment, successfully manages multiple projects simultaneously, builds consensus across departments, listens to capital partners, and develops long\-term business relationships.
