**Job Description:** ***Production Supervisor*** **Job Status:**Salary **FLSA Status:**Exempt **Work Schedule:** Monday – Friday, Weekends **Reports To:** Scheduler/Assistant Plant Manager **Travel Required:** 10\-20% **Relocation:** As Needed **Positions Supervised:** All Production Personnel **POSITION SUMMARY** Assist with plant production and material movements in a safe manner. Duties and responsibilities include safety compliance, management of the yard, and planning the flow and use of materials and human resources. **ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES** * Ensure all environmental and safety procedures are followed and report all unsafe or non\-compliant activities. * Ensure production goals are met to include downtime, productivity and lead time. * Lead and develop employees under their supervision. Conduct performance reviews for hourly team members as required. * Manage team member attendance and schedules to ensure full production.. * Recognize and quickly correct any quality issues. * Monitor and enforce company policies, goals, objectives, and procedures. * Coordinate the movement of products through all warehouse locations. * Address all worker problems, complaints, or grieva...
