We are looking for a dependable, highly organized Flight Catering Operations Coordinator / Lead to take ownership of the day\-to\-day flow of our Portland catering operation. This is not simply a delivery position. You will be the person connecting incoming orders, our kitchen team, and airport deliveries—making sure everyone knows what needs to happen, orders are prepared correctly, and catering reaches the aircraft on time. Our kitchen team should be able to focus on preparing great food. Your job is to make everything around them run smoothly.
