PARS Therapy seeks an experienced, motivated Physical Therapist with a strong orthopedic background to provide specialized home health therapy to patients recovering from orthopedic procedures, injuries, and musculoskeletal conditions. This position is ideal for a therapist who enjoys orthopedic rehabilitation and values the independence, flexibility, and one\-on\-one patient care available in the home health setting. Position Overview The Home Health Orthopedic Specialist will focus primarily on patients who need skilled physical therapy after orthopedic surgery or injury, including total joint replacements and other orthopedic procedures. The therapist will complete comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, provide progressive rehabilitation, and coordinate with physicians, therapy staff, home health agencies, and caregivers to support safe, efficient recovery in the home.
