**Job Overview** Kainos Construction is a small, family\-owned builder in Georgia's Paulding, Bartow, and neighboring counties. We build custom, semi\-custom, and spec homes, and do remodeling as well. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Residential Construction Superintendent (Project Manager) to lead and oversee residential building projects from inception to completion. Your management skill and attention to detail will drive project success through effective coordination of subcontractors, straightforward communication and planning, and proactive problem\-solving.
