Performance Health is seeking a Manager of Global Packaging to join our team in Akron, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, sourcing, optimization, and lifecycle management of packaging solutions across the company's global product portfolio. This role provides leadership to Packaging Engineers and related technical resources while driving packaging innovation, cost optimization, supplier development, sustainability initiatives, and operational excellence.The Manager serves as both a people leader and technical expert, balancing team development with direct project leadership.
