Job Purpose: * The Registered Nurse Supervisor in Psychiatric care oversees nursing staff and ensures the delivery of high\-quality consumer care within a behavioral health facility. This role involves managing clinical operations, supporting staff development, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for consumers with mental health and substance use disorders. * Supervise nursing staff and coordinate patient care activities. * Must have a functional knowledge of the Baker and Marchman Acts. * Administers and transcribe medications as ordered by the physician * Advises Nurse Administrator(s) in matters of concern to nursing care and consumer needs. * Familiarity with healthcare regulations and accreditation standards in mental health * Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and legal regulations. * Address consumer and family concerns and facilitate communication.
