**Purpose** The Controller is responsible for the overall accounting function at Genesee BioMedical, including month\-end close, financial reporting, cost and inventory accounting, internal controls, audit, tax coordination, budgeting and cash management, in compliance with U.S. GAAP and medical device industry expectations. Reporting to the CEO, this role serves as the company’s senior finance resource and partners closely with operations, supply chain, quality and leadership to support margin, cost and cash decisions within a regulated manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a hands\-on accounting leader with experience owning the close and financial statements in manufacturing and inventory\-driven businesses, preferably within medical device, life sciences, or other regulated industries. **Duties and responsibilities** **Financial Accounting, Close \& Reporting** * Own the month\-end, quarter\-end, and year\-end close calendar and process * Review and approve journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations * Prepare and issue monthly financial statements and a management reporting package with commentary for leadership * Maintain the chart of accounts...
