Our Engineering Department provides a broad range of services, including development review, floodplain and stormwater management, road and bridge capital improvement projects, traffic engineering, asset management, land acquisition, and support for improvement districts that maintain and repair neighborhood roads. We are seeking an innovative, adaptable, and skilled Civil Engineer to join our Development Services Team. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of development\-related projects while collaborating with internal teams, other County departments, consultants, developers, and community members. The ideal candidate is solution\-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn, with strong communication and project\-management skills. This role is well suited for an engineer who enjoys working on projects involving site design, traffic, stormwater, environmental considerations, and land development and who can effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
