The Director, Product Operations builds and runs the operating system for Lone Wolf's Product organization — the process, tooling, data, and communication that enable our Product leaders to focus on customer experiences and outcomes. This role reports to the SVP, Product \& Strategy and partners with the leaders of our product lines, Engineering, Product Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success. This is a hands\-on leadership role: the Director will do the work from day one and build the function over time. They will modernize how Product works — including leading AI adoption across the team — and become the company's trusted source of product data and insight. ### **Role and Responsibilities:** The Director owns Product's portion of the software development lifecycle, from discovery and requirements through launch readiness, and partners with Engineering to keep handoffs, capacity, and delivery visible.
