**Project Development Estimator** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced and detail\-oriented Project Development Estimator to support our growing commercial and multifamily construction operations. This role is responsible for preparing accurate project cost estimates, coordinating subcontractor pricing, and supporting the entire construction and bidding process from concept through completion. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of commercial building systems, multifamily construction practices, and commercial roofing systems, along with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Perform in\-person site inspections to determine project scope requirements and assess existing conditions * Review architectural, engineering, structural, and roofing drawings, specifications, and project documents when available * Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs for labor, materials, equipment, and roofing systems * Develop cost estimates for commercial and multifamily roofing projects including reroofs, repairs, replacements, and new construction roofing scopes * Evaluate existing roofing systems and identify deficiencies, moisture ...
