Power Line Supply is looking to hire a full\-time Production Schedule Coordinator to join our growing team! **Essential Job Functions:** * Develop and maintain production schedules for the Tool Room to ensure that tools and equipment are available when needed for utility projects. * Coordinate with project managers and operations teams to understand project timelines and adjust schedules accordingly. * Monitor and adjust schedules in response to changing project needs, equipment availability, and workforce capacity. * Work closely with procurement and inventory teams to ensure adequate stock levels of tools and equipment. * Track inventory usage and forecast future needs based on project demands. * Coordinate the timely procurement of tools and materials to avoid delays in production. * Serve as the primary point of contact between the Tool Room, operations, and other departments for scheduling\-related matters. * Communicate any changes in the production schedule to relevant stakeholders promptly. * Maintain accurate records of production schedules, tool usage, and inventory levels. * Generate reports on production efficiency, tool availability, and schedule adherence for review b...
