**Controller – NorCal Roofing \& Construction and Perfection Electric (Sacramento, CA)** **Who We Are** We are two growing, owner\-led specialty contractors based in Sacramento. **NorCal Roofing \& Construction** is a commercial roofing contractor serving commercial, industrial, and multifamily properties throughout California. **Perfection Electric** is a licensed C\-10 electrical contractor serving commercial and multifamily customers across Northern California. We're looking for an experienced accounting leader to take full ownership of the financial operations and business administration for both companies. **The Role** This is a hands\-on, full\-charge Controller position reporting directly to the owner. You'll oversee accounting, payroll, payments, lien compliance, insurance, and benefits for both companies from start to finish, handling the higher\-level work yourself and directing your team on the day\-to\-day. Each company's books and records are kept separate, and you'll manage them side by side.
